🗓️ First two weeks

• Days 6 to 8 — View villas in your two shortlisted areas
• Day 9 — Price a month of warung food against a month of cafe food
• Days 10 to 14 — Decide area, negotiate the yearly rate, sign

💸 Rent, per month

Add IDR 2 to 4 million for electricity and another IDR 1.5 to 3 million for water, wifi, gardener and pool cleaner. A yearly lease is 10 to 17% cheaper per month.
